Equipment Prescription

Our support coordinators are backed up by a clinical support team and  can refer you to appropriate assessors to improve your everyday functioning  with assistive technology.

If you experience change of circumstances or need to review your functional capacity, we can assist you with the life transitioning and if needed refer you to the appropriate allied health professionals so as to ensure that your needs will not be neglected.

We work closely with occupational therapists, social workers and accommodation providers to identify your needs and work with them to discuss a roster of care that align with your functional capacity and meets your goals.

We can refer you to the OT specialists to assess your environment and recommend suitable modification to improve your safety and independence in your own home.
